After a series of successful exhibitions in the country, in the cities of Reșița, Craiova and Brașov, the itinerant exhibition “Permanent World Encyclopedia”, an effort to promote the new generation of artists at the national level, is stationed in Bucharest, in the Amzei Creative Quarter, until January 11, 2025.
Artists’ Perspective: A Collaborative and Interactive Experience
Mihaela Coandaone of the participating artists, emphasizes the fact that this exhibition approach was more than a simple exhibition of works: “PWE was not just an exhibition, but an experience of several months in which our works were temporarily housed in different spaces of art from Romania, each exhibition having its own charm. I really liked the idea of a nomadic exhibition, because instead of staying in one place for 5 months, the exhibition traveled to 4 cities, having greater visibility, even for an audience unfamiliar with such an event and atmosphere. “
Roxana Ajder adds that the project opened up new perspectives for interacting with the public and other artists: “This project gave me a whole new dimension in terms of interacting with other artists and with the public, opening up new perspectives on how art can transcends traditional barriers and can reach a much larger audience.”
The diversity of artistic formulas
The exhibition exhibits works signed by artists such as Roxana Ajder, Adrian Buda, Mihaela Coandă, Iulian Cristea, Călin Dumitrașcu, Iuliana Hlihor, Andrei Ispas, Ana Lupu, Andreea Mihalka, David Miholcsa, Moga Dan Marius, Ada Muntean, Oana Năstăsache, Raluca Pavelescu, Iulia Pușcașu, Daniel Semenciuc and Codruț Zele.
Each artist part of the “Permanent World Encyclopedia” exhibition project, curated by Norbert Filep, brings to the public their own vision, questioning diverse themes through a variety of mediums, from painting to participatory installations and digital art.
