Bosnian footballer Alen Mustafič will once again wear the jersey of Slovan Bratislava. He signed a three-year contract with the 14-time Slovak champion.
Mustafič played 57 matches for Slovan between 2020 and 2022. His last place of work was the Danish club Odense BK, he spent the spring part of the last season on loan at the Polish team Slask Wroclaw.
“I am very happy to be back. I feel at home in Slovan. I know the guys, the team and the club well. There is good competition in the team, I am looking forward to it moving me forward.
I dare say that after a year and a half I come back more experienced and can be even more valuable to this team. I’m determined to do my best in the white shirt and I can’t wait to step on Tehelno poli again,” the 25-year-old midfielder told the club’s website.
The general director of the club, Ivan Kmotrík Jr., is also happy about his return, according to whom Mustafič is a promising footballer.
“When we had the opportunity to bring him back on a permanent transfer from Odense, we didn’t hesitate and took advantage of it. He will bring us both an expansion of options in the midfield and the aforementioned perspective. The advantage is that he is coming back to a familiar environment, so he can adapt quickly.
We are very happy that we have agreed on a three-year contract with Alen and he is becoming our player,” said Kmotrík Jr.
