an unchanged leading trio

Médiametrie / NetRatings and Fevad publish each quarter the audience rankings of the top twenty e-commerce sites, all sectors combined, on computer, mobile and tablet. This quarterly ranking makes it possible to monitor the evolution of the audience of the main French e-commerce sites in terms of number of visitors and percentage of the population of Internet users over the period concerned.

E-commerce sites continue to attract new visitors. On average, 50.6 million Internet users (or 79% of French people) consulted, each month, at least one of the sites and/or applications in the Top 20. This is more than 1 million additional than in the 3rd quarter of 2023 and 500,000 more than in the 2nd quarter of 2024.

The Top 20 shows a certain stability since 10 sites out of 20 remain in the same place as in the previous quarter. Nevertheless, if the leading trio remains unchanged: Amazon, Leboncoin and Booking, each of them gains an additional 1 million unique visitors per month. It is Ikea which recorded the greatest progress this quarter, gaining 4 places. Temu gains 3 places and returns to the Top 5.
