Andrea Miklos did not catch the 400 meters final at the Olympic Games in Paris! “I was probably weak in the first 300”
Miklos was fifth in the second semi-final, under the conditions in which the first two ranked in each series qualified for the final, together with the two fastest athletes.
In heats, Andrea Miklos was timed in 50 sec 54/100 (Personal Best), 15th time. Miklos was 15th in the semi-finals.
“It was a good competition, I dreamed of more. But I’m also content with what I’ve gathered so far. It wasn’t ok that I ran on lane 9, it’s a bit more difficult.
I was probably weak in the first 300 meters. I’m thinking about Los Angeles now, I’m very young,” said Andrea MikloÈ™ at the end of the race.

Sportswoman from Australia, pole vault champion
Australia’s Nina Kennedy won the Olympic pole vault title on Wednesday night at the Paris Games.
Kennedy (27 years old), who shared the world title with the American athlete Katie Moon last year, won with 4.90 meters, just one centimeter from her personal record, followed by Moon, 4.85 m, as well as Canadian Alysha Newman, tied for number of attempts.
Kennedy, who lives in Perth, is the first Australian athlete to win the Olympic pole vault title since the event was introduced to the Olympic program at the 2000 Sydney Olympics.
