Android’s November security update fixes critical vulnerabilities –

Google’s update package also patches two critical security holes, so it’s worth installing it as soon as possible.

Google recently released its November security update package, which fixed two critical vulnerabilities. THE Bleeping Computer according to his report, zero-day vulnerabilities have already been actively exploited by malicious users, so it is especially important to update our Android device as soon as possible.

More precisely, we are talking about security holes marked CVE-2024-43047 and CVE-2024-43093: the former was related to Qualcomm chips, so millions of devices could be at risk, while the latter affected Android Framework components and Google Play system updates .

Although Google did not provide detailed information on the exploitation of the vulnerabilities in question, Amnesty International researchers also drew attention to the problem, suggesting that the vulnerabilities could have been used in targeted spyware attacks.

The current update affects Android versions 12 to 15; the Settings > Software Update > Download and Install can be reached by route.
