Angeekar Foundation gave relief materials of Tk 35 lakh in the recent floods

Angeekar Bangladesh Foundation of Chittagong has so far distributed relief materials of 35 lakh rupees to various flood-affected districts of the country due to the terrible floods that started on August 20.

President Captain Atiq UA Khan said that heavy dry food has been distributed in the areas of Mirsarai, Fatikchari Sadar, Ramgarh, Fulghazi-Parashuram of Feni, Manoharganj of Comilla, Senbagh-Rajganj-Maizdi-Sonapur of Noakhali, Ramganj-Mandari-Chandraganj-Sadar of Laxmipur etc. they are

Dry food included – rice, pulses, potatoes, onions, salt, oil, flour, chira, biscuits, noodles, jaggery, candles, dishes and essential medicines. Also Angikar Bangladesh Foundation organizes free medical camps and distributes free medicine for patients suffering from various post-flood diseases in flood affected areas.

At present, rehabilitation work is going on in the flood affected area, Captain Atiq said. He thanked all those who participated financially and physically in the distribution of relief materials in this flood-affected area, including the marine community.

Akash, Rifat, Mamun, Wasim, Imtiaz, Shahriar, Faisal etc. were also in charge of managing the events.
