(Health Korea News / Lee Chang-yong) Ankuk Pharmaceutical held its 65th anniversary ceremony in the auditorium of its new building in Gwacheon on the 3rd.
The founding ceremony on this day was held under the theme of ‘Pharmaceuticals, Environment, and People’, and was an event to celebrate the founding while highlighting the production site, the new Gwacheon building, and the employees of Ankuk Pharmaceutical.
At the ceremony, in addition to awarding long-term employees, a model award ceremony was also held for employees who contributed greatly to the company’s development this year. Kwon Ki-yeol, wholesale team leader, and three others received the 20-year service award, Song Jeong-min, purchasing general affairs team leader, and six others received the 10-year service award, and Nam Dong-yeon, analysis and research team leader, and one other person received the 5-year service award. Park Jae-hyung, team leader of the Seoul Metropolitan General Hospital 2, and 12 others received model awards in recognition of their excellent work performance.
An official from Anguk Pharmaceutical said, “Since moving to the new Gwacheon building at the end of April, Anguk Pharmaceutical employees have seen increased satisfaction with the newly implemented work environment, such as the flexible work hours system and flexible seating system, as well as various welfare programs such as Lunch with Seminars.” He also said, “With the support department, sales and marketing, R&D center, and affiliates working together at the headquarters, communication between departments has also been strengthened.”
