Speculations are spreading on the Internet about the imminent unveiling of new Battlemage graphics cards from Intel. Speculations are now supposed to be confirmed by the delivery note on which the sales boxes for the Intel B580 appeared.
The document was brought to the attention of user josefk972 on the X platform. In the document, which even dates back to September of this year, sales boxes for an as-yet unseen graphics card appeared Intel B580. It will probably be included in the lower class of the new Battlemage series.
It has made its debut in Lunar Lake chips and matches AMD in terms of pure performance. But the question is how Intel will manage to solve the drivers and upscaling technology. By all accounts, Intel should focus on the mainstream mid-range segment with all GPUs. For the time being, it does not have enough technology for the highest one, moreover, the development of such cards would not be sufficiently justified, given the high offer from NVIDIA.
