Joe Biden has contracted corona and has isolated himself in his home in the state of Delaware to keep his distance and avoid infecting others. Politically, the President of the United States is also increasingly isolated after Biden’s disastrous performance in the televised debate with Donald Trump has created great doubt within the Democrats as to whether the aging president can win the election in November.
Most recently, prominent member of the House of Representatives Jamie Raskin has i a long letter urged 81-year-old Joe Biden to consider his candidacy, The New York Times can reveal after obtaining possession of the letter. Raskin spends the better part of three A4 pages praising Biden and his political exploits before ending the letter with a description of a famous baseball game from 2003.
