The guest of the “Management Audit” show is Jaanika Jaanits, CEO of the Anthropology Center, with whom we will talk about the inclusion of anthropological methods in management.
“As anthropologists, we help leaders look in the mirror and bring out the hidden self-evident things,” Jaanits said in the program.
He explains that anthropology examines the different meanings of being human and teaches us to see the broader processes that affect, among other things, how we work as human beings. You can hear more about what benefits anthropologists could bring to managers in the program.
The show is hosted by management consultant and Educator of the Year Helen Klettenberg.
