Apple Blocks iOS 17.6.1 Signatures

Apple has decided to break iOS signatures 17.6.1preventing users from being able to downgrade or restore to that specific firmware version. Now, you can only update or restore your iPhone to iOS 17.7 or later. .

The 17.6.1 signatures have now been blocked, and iOS can no longer be rolled back to that specific version. This is standard practice for Apple, which regularly stops signing older versions of iOS after new updates are released to encourage customers to keep their operating systems up to date and secure.

Currently, The latest firmware is iOS 18 even though the beta versions (for developers and for public testing) of iOS 18.1 are already available.
