The parties have signed an agreement and are awaiting regulatory approval.
There won’t be any major changes to the Pixelmator Pro, Pixelmator for iOS, and Photomator apps at this time, but there are “exciting updates coming” writes ArsTechnica publication
Pixelmator employees will move to Apple. The company’s value has not been disclosed. After the deal, it can expect scaling.
Pixelmator was founded 17 years ago, its services are used as analogues of the famous Photoshop.
