After releasing iPadOS 18, Apple quickly withdrew the version intended for iPad Pro models equipped with M4 processors.
The reason for this decision was numerous reports indicating that these devices may not turn on after the update.
MacRumors has access to internal company correspondence in which Apple informs employees that it is aware of the issue and is working to resolve it.
Additionally, it informs that if users come to the service center with this problem, employees should try to force the iPad to restart.
It is not known at this time how long it will take Apple to fix this issue or when the required update will be released.
