Now it’s not just developers who can participate in testing Apple’s upcoming operating system.
Apple has now started rolling out the first public beta versions of Ios 18 and Ipad OS 18, which means that the new operating system will be available to the public. This after the company published three beta versions for developers. This first public release has the same content as the third developer beta.
In order to participate in the beta testing, you must be part of Apple’s beta testing program. Then you can download the updates for Ios 18 and Ipad OS 18 by opening the Settings app, going to General, pressing Software update and selecting Beta updates.
Please note that since it is a beta version, it may contain bugs, unfinished features and other complications. It is therefore recommended not to use the beta version on your primary device.
