Apple has released watchOS 11 for Apple Watch. This is the first version of the system available to all users.
The update introduces training load measurement, a new Vitals app for tracking overall health, new widgets, watch faces, and notification summaries from iPhone powered by Apple Intelligence.

How to Install watchOS 11
To update your Apple Watch, open the app Watch → General → Software Update.
The watch must be charged to 50% and located near the iPhone.
