Approval for capital increases of 7 companies



The Capital Markets Board approved the capital increase applications of 7 companies.

According to the CMB bulletin, the board has approved the applications for a paid capital increase of 5 billion Turkish Lira by Trabzonspor Sportif Yatırım ve Futbol İşletmeciliği Ticaret AŞ, 5 billion 900 million Turkish Lira by Hektaş Ticaret TAŞ, 693 million 750 thousand Turkish Lira by İmaş Makina Sanayi AŞ, 495 million Turkish Lira by Gedik Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ, 243 million 100 thousand Turkish Lira by Kimteks Poliüretan Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, 180 million Turkish Lira by Lokman Hekim Engürüsağ Sağlık Turizm Eğitim Hizmetleri ve İnşaat Taahhüt AŞ and 1 billion 500 million Turkish Lira by Reysaş Taşımacılık ve Lojistik Ticaret AŞ without a bonus.

The Board approved the debt instrument issuance application of Allbatross Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ for 600 million lira, Yaşar Faktoring AŞ for 150 million lira, Optima Faktoring AŞ for 150 million lira, Çelik Motor Ticaret AŞ for 3 billion 500 million lira and Koç Finansman AŞ for 1 billion 300 million lira.

In addition, it was decided to welcome the issuance of lease certificates based on management contracts of Halk Varlık Kiralama AŞ for 1 billion 250 million lira and ZKB Varlık Kiralama AŞ for 1 billion lira.

The CMB accepted the requests to allow the establishment of Omurga Real Estate and Venture Capital Portfolio Management Inc. Sabuncu Venture Capital Investment Fund and Qinvest Portfolio Management Inc. First Real Estate Investment Fund and to approve the issuance documents regarding the issuance of participation shares.

CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS AND ADMINISTRATIVE FINES

As a result of the examination of the transactions carried out in the Tureks Turizm Taşımacılık AŞ share market, the Board decided to impose a temporary transaction ban on a name for 6 months.

On the other hand, the CMB decided to take the necessary legal action to block access to 33 websites that were determined to allow leveraged transactions abroad via the internet for people resident in Turkey.
