Aqara unveiled a new range of smart home devices at CES 2025, focusing on innovative wall control panels and smart switches. The flagship product is the Panel Hub S1
Plus, a 6.9-inch touchscreen panel that serves as the control center for your entire smart home.
The Panel Hub S1 Plus replaces a traditional switch and allows you to manage cameras, locks, thermostats, curtains and other smart devices from a single central point, without the need to use your smartphone. It connects via dual-band Wi-Fi and It also serves as a Zigbee hub and Matter bridge for Aqara devices. It will be available in Europe in January and in North America later this year.
Among the other innovations we find the Touchscreen Dial V1a rotary controller with a 1.32-inch circular display that can automate two wired lights and control other smart devices. It features haptic feedback and temperature, humidity and proximity sensors. It will launch in Europe in January alongside the Display Switch V1, with a US release later this year.
Aqara also presented the Touchscreen Switch S100 USa two-channel smart switch with buttons and a 1.3-inch touchscreen. It supports dual-band Wi-Fi, Thread and Matter, also acting as a Border Router Thread.
New ones also arrive for the North American market Light Switch H2
e Dimmer Switch H2already announced at IFA 2024. They use Thread and Zigbee to support Matter platforms and are designed to work with any electrical system, even without a neutral wire. The Light Switch H2 will launch in the US in Q1, while the Dimmer Switch H2 will arrive later in the year.
The range is completed by some sensors such as the Battery-powered Presence Multi-Sensor FP300, combining PIR and mmWave detectionand the Climate Sensor W100 to monitor temperature and humidity. Finally, Aqara presented the Doorbell Camera Hub G410 video intercom with 2K video and the compact Hub M100 as an entry-level Matter controller.
Prices and availability of sensors and routers have not yet been announced.
