A wolf well known to fans of League of Legends
His creation was carefully revealed to us, little by little, over the course of the first three episodes of season 2 ofArcane. Its appearance was therefore imminent in the Netflix series and episode 4 finally shows us the beast developed by Singed, the scientist who saved Jinx in season 1. Fans of League of Legends will have immediately recognized it, but for the others, here is a little catch-up session: it is the playable champion Warwick.
Halfway between monster, wolf and human being, this beast sows terror in the streets of Zaun. In the lore video gamehe was genetically modified following numerous extremely painful experiments. Since then, he has been irremediably attracted to the smell of blood. A characteristic that we also see in episode 4 of season 2 ofArcane, since Singed calls his creation through his own blood.

But to add a bit of spice to its plot, Arcane decided to add a little twist to this well-known character. At the end of episode 4, Warwick, who is paradoxically never named as such, finds himself facing a major adversary: Jinx. Their fierce struggle takes on a whole new dimension when they finally recognize each other.
In the universe ofArcaneit therefore seems that the human being genetically modified to give birth to Warwick is none other than… Vander, the adoptive father of Vi and Powder (now Jinx), who was thought to be dead since episode 3 of the season 1.
