Google Pixel 9 at the best price
A camera? A smartphone? Both !
With the Google Pixel 9, the brand has made a real effort on the photo side of the phone. What to make a photophone out of? Clearly. Even if it has the same main sensor as the Google Pixel 8, a 50 Mpx with a wide-angle (f-1.68) and an ultra-wide-angle (f1.7) which made a trip to Basic Fit in the meantime to go from 12 to 48 Mpx and offer one of the highest quality results on the market.
Hardware isn’t everything, and Google has included plenty of software features to enhance your images without you having to do anything. It’s sometimes a little too much and you will sometimes have to go through the settings to smooth the images a little less, otherwise it will show that they are too retouched.
It’s very, very good, but far from perfect.
Design-wise, the Pixel 9 has undergone a nice evolution with a more premium design, for dimensions that fit well in the hand. It measures 150.5 x 70.8 x 8.9 mm for 187 grams. Its screen is a 6.3″ Full HD+ OLED panel which has an adaptive refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. Too bad it’s not LTPO.
On the power side, it is equipped with a Tensor G4 SoC, which is not the most powerful on the market, but which integrates perfectly into the Google ecosystem and allows you to run all your daily tasks.
A final word on autonomy, where you have a big day of autonomy in classic use. Google has a little yellow card also on the so-called fast charging, which is only 30W.
