According to the press service of the administration of the Northern capital, a voice assistant appeared in the registry office of the Petrograd region, which was made using neural networks. He answers telephone calls from St. Petersburg residents arriving at a single number 246-58-30, distributes calls to the appropriate directions and informs about operating hours.
It is noted that the civil registry office of the Petrograd region has become the second in St. Petersburg to operate a voice assistant system with artificial intelligence. Previously, this technology was tested in the registry office of the Nevsky district as part of the “Effective Region” program. As a result, the project was considered successful and they decided to expand it.
