Fresh air, a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 and one of the fastest folding roofs in the world: the curtain rises on the new Aston Martin Vantage Roadsterwhich from the second quarter of 2025 will join the fixed-roof Vantage in the Aston Martin range, completely redesigned about a year ago.

The Vantage Roadster has the same lines as the coupé: the bonnet is sloping, the radiator grill is noticeably enlarged and the rear section is well defined. It’s a look designed to be pleasing to the eye and functional at the same time. The larger air intake, in fact, improves the engine cooling by 30%, while the aerodynamics have been optimized to minimize aerodynamic drag when the soft top is open and closed.
The soft top itself is the distinctive element compared to the coupé. It uses a Z-folding mechanism that requires no additional covers and can be opened or closed in just one 6.8 secondseven at a speed of 50 km/h.
The Roadster is available in colors such as “Iridescent Sapphire” or “Bronze Flare”, while the roof can be configured in different shades, including black, blue and red.

The interior of the Vantage Roadster is finished with premium materials, such as Haircell leather and Alcantara, which can be combined with chrome and carbon accents to create a personalized atmosphere. The seats are heated and adjustable in eight directions; they are available as options ventilated seats and extended adjustment.
The Roadster is equipped with an infotainment system with 10.25 inch touchscreen which combines gesture control with physical switches for key functions, such as suspension modes and climate control.

The heart of the Vantage Roadster is the engine 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 which, as in Coupé, it delivers 665 HP and 800 Nm of torque. This engine, connected to the rear wheels via a ZF 8-speed automatic transmissiontakes the supercar from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.5 seconds and allows it to reach the maximum speed of 325 km/h. The shock absorbers are Bilstein and the Michelin Pilot Sport S 5 tires specially developed for her.
A small disadvantage of the folding roof model? A little more weight, the difference between the two models is 60 kg in total.

The weight distribution of 49:51the aluminum structure and stiffened chassis components should still contribute to the stability and agility of the supercar.
