Bryansk, Kirov and Yaroslavl are the cities with the cheapest one-room apartments for rent. This is the conclusion reached by Avito Real Estate based on the results of a study of data on its platform.
In Bryansk, renting a one-room apartment will cost 15 thousand rubles per month. In Kirov, it will cost 16 thousand rubles, in Yaroslavl – 16.5 thousand rubles.
The most expensive rent for one-room apartments is in Sochi. In the resort city, renting a one-room apartment for a month will cost 60 thousand rubles. The top three most expensive rental cities also include Moscow (53 thousand rubles) and St. Petersburg (35 thousand rubles).
According to Avito Real Estate, the average rental rate for a one-room apartment in Russia in July 2024 was 25 thousand rubles per month.
