On Tuesday (November 26), Chittagong Metropolitan Magistrate 6th Court Judge Kazi Shariful Islam rejected his bail application and ordered to send him to jail. However, his lawyer Ed. Saurabh Kanti Das.
Earlier, he was brought to the Chittagong court under tight security at 10 am.
DB Additional Commissioner Rezaul Karim Mallik said that he was taken into custody from Dhaka Airport on his way from Dhaka to Chittagong at around 4:30 pm yesterday.
Meanwhile, his fans were seen gathering in front of the court since morning on the news that he was brought to the court. They are seen protesting for his release. However, BGB and police personnel were present in the court premises.
