The Russian developer of solutions for dynamic infrastructure and virtual workplaces “Basis” announced the launch of two new training courses: “Administering Basis Dynamix Standard” and “Administering Basis Workplace”. Classes will be held online for three days (24 academic hours).
The courses are designed for system administrators and architects aimed at gaining practical skills in working with the Basis Dynamix Standard server virtualization platform and the Basis Workplace desktop virtualization platform.
The first course, “Administering Basis Dynamix Standard,” focuses on learning about the platform architecture and management, as well as practical solutions to common administration tasks. Participants will learn how to install and configure Basis vCore and Basis vControl components, manage virtual network infrastructure, data and computing resources, configure the system to operate in high availability mode, and perform monitoring. The course program consists of seven modules, including security topics, managing clusters and hosts, setting up virtual networks and machines, as well as working with the graphical interface and API.

The second course, “Administering Basis Workplace,” was created to master the Basis Workplace virtual desktop platform. Participants will learn how to install and configure the platform, including adding storage and creating clusters, managing users, desktops and terminal applications, customizing desktop templates, and troubleshooting. The course program includes 17 chapters, covering all key aspects of Basis Workplace administration, from setting up security and IP addresses to working with APIs and managing infrastructure objects.
Training takes place at the authorized training center KUDITS. At the end of each course, participants will receive certificates of completion from the Basis company. The knowledge and skills acquired within the framework of the programs will allow students to effectively implement and maintain solutions in the IT infrastructure of enterprises.
