Bastrykin ordered to check the situation with Tyumenka’s injury during a physical education lesson

The head of the Russian Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, ordered to check the situation with the injury of a girl during a physical education lesson in one of the schools in Tyumen.

This is reported by URA.RU with reference to the regional Investigative Committee of Russia.

“Last December, during a physical education class, two teachers left the gym, leaving the children unattended. As a result, the minors began to play near the standing sports mat, causing it to fall on the girl,” the department said.

The child suffered compression fractures of the vertebrae and was hospitalized.

In October 2024, it was reported that the trampoline center of Magnitogorsk (Chelyabinsk region) would pay compensation to minors for a spinal injury.
