Presumably, this also actively contributes to the fact that the ex-president seems much more permissive towards TikTok now than four or five years ago, but the question is whether the legal process born in April, which requires the separation of TikTok’s American operation from the parent company, is threatened with a ban otherwise. , can it be stopped or reversed in time.

ByteDance challenged the implementation of the Protecting Americans from Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act in court, and the first hearing in the case will take place two months before the US presidential elections, in September.
