Benelli at the EICMA fair in Milan

Benelli also had something to show at this year’s edition of the Milan Salon.

The brand new TRK 902 Xplorer took center stage at the Benelli stand. The new model is described as “more than a motorcycle” and a “representation of Benelli’s past, present and future of innovation, passion and commitment”. Significant features of the new edition are the visibly new design of the platform and 904 cc engine that can develop 100 hp and 90 Nm of maximum torque. The TRK902 Xplorer is shown in its Jungle Fog color combination, with premium integrated fog lights, an adjustable windscreen and 200mm of front and rear wheel travel. These features combined with a 22 liter fuel tank give riders the confidence to explore all types of roads.

Beneli tickled our imagination with the Tornado 500 model last year in Milan, and this year, the upgraded Tornado 550 was among the production modelsready to debut worldwide. The 2025 Benelli Tornado 550 has a new one 554 cc parallel twin engine, producing an impressive 61 hp and 54 Nm of torque. The sculpted armor catches the eye. The body is additionally emphasized with daytime running lights on both sides of the front projectors. Designed to resemble the fangs of a lion, the daytime running lights are a nod to the historic symbol of the Benelli brand. The Tornado 550 dominates the road with Marzocchi forks up front and a matching mono-shock rear. Other high-end features include dual Brembo brakes, integrated rear turn signals and a large TFT screen with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity enabled.

Benelli has also released the all-rounder BKX300 and BKX300S. With riders looking to enter the adventure market in mind, the BKX is designed as a lightweight, versatile motorcycle, easy for any rider to maneuver on any surface. Both models use a single-cylinder water-cooled engine, generating enough power for the turntable. Both road and track versions allow the rider to fine-tune their bike for specific needs by adjusting preload, rebound and compression damping on the front suspension, while the rear shock provides preload and rebound adjustability. The BKX300S is fitted with radial tires in a combination of 17-inch front wheels and the same size rear, while the BKX300 retains the same front and rear wheel combination as seen on Benelli’s larger adventure bikes.
