BHV strengthens its second-hand offering




In order to strengthen its second-hand offering, BHV (Rivoli and Parly 2) is opening pop-ups of the second-hand clothing brand Paradigme. This omnichannel offering allows customers to resell their pieces on site or online.

BHV is strengthening its second-hand service, in partnership with Paradigmsecond-hand clothing brands. The iconic brand of the town hall is thus opening two pop-ups of the brand in its Rivoli and Parly 2 stores this summer. After the success of the first deployments in its Rivoli department store, Le BHV is extending the concept imagined with Paradigme, with the aim of allow as many people as possible to easily resell their clothes and access quality second-hand goods. Paradigme exhibits a selection of branded pieces usually resold on its site.

An omnichannel offer

For resale, the City Hall Bazaar offers an online clothing collection service on its website. Customers can also resell their pieces on the pop-up spacedepositing their clothing from the brands taken over by Paradigme.

Customers immediately earn a gift card valid in all BHV stores and on bhv.fr in exchange for their items brought to Paradigme. The collected clothes are resold on site first, then on paradigme.fr. To extend the resale offer to people not residing in the Paris region, this service is available on the BHV website. Sending packages is free and the gift card is activated after the warehouse check. The voucher is valid for one year on the millions of items resold at BHV, in all categories (fashion, decoration, accessories, home, sport, etc.)

For Vincent Huché-Deniset, co-founder of Paradigme, with this new offer, the two brands intend “to simplify the lives of millions of individuals who want to easily sort out their wardrobe but who do not currently take the time to resell their clothes.”
