As every morning this week, on Tuesday we will connect directly with Äripää journalist Indrek Lepik in the USA, who has traveled there to cover the presidential elections, to ask about fresh impressions.

Annika Arras, a communication expert who has just returned from Georgia, of course, talks about the situation there and the recently held elections, and we try to predict the future direction of the Caucasian country, which many Estonians like.

Probably surprising to many, film director and producer Rao Heidmets is a stock investor with long-term experience, and on Tuesday morning there will be an opportunity to ask Rao Heidmets in a live interview about the lessons he has learned on this journey. In addition, we talk about the growing influence of artificial intelligence in filmmaking and the popularity of short formats in audiovisual media.

10.0011.00 “Content Marketing Show”. In the show, we talk about the state of the industry. Jukka Patrikainen, head of ABB Baltics, and Argo Aavik, head of ABB Estonia’s motors and generators business unit, are visiting.

11.00-12.00 “Investor Toomas hour”. On this occasion, Swedbank Robur’s portfolio manager and manager of pension funds, Pertti Rahnel, who lives in Sweden, will be visiting, with whom we will talk more about his investment journey, his work in Sweden and what kind of investors there are.

In addition, the portfolio manager shares what could happen in the stock markets in the wake of the US presidential election and how to place your bets in the markets. In addition, the AI ​​and technology sector boom and interesting investment opportunities in Europe will be discussed. The Baltic stock exchange, the US economy and the impact of interest on the markets are also discussed.

13.00–14.00 “Development and future of e-commerce”. In the show, we talk about sustainable e-commerce and what companies can do to be environmentally friendly.

We have invited Triinu Raigi, head of innovation and partnership relations at the Tradehouse beauty department store, and Karl Joosep Pärtel, one of the owners of Raiku Packaging, to speak on this topic. The guests will share with the listeners what their victories are in moving towards sustainability, and what they believe has been achieved in e-commerce by 2030.

In addition, the program will talk about choosing a product range based on the aspect of sustainability and how it is possible to reduce waste in e-commerce. When could the use of sustainable materials become more affordable for the company and how much will this affect the company’s profit margin.

15.00-16.00 “Work and salary”. The second program of October talks about a situation that does not make employees or employers happy – it is layoffs. Entrepreneur and salary awareness trainer Irene Annus and HR manager of the unemployment fund and member of the board of the HR association PARE Kristiina Palm are visiting the studio.

The program offers a lot of good recommendations for both the laid-off manager and the laid-off employee, and both guests have their own stories to tell.
