We saw upward movements this morning in Asia, and after that in Europe, although the day started with a cautious rise, the markets turned around again in the afternoon. Meanwhile, the mood on the Hungarian stock market was still good today, especially Magyar Telekom rose before the quarterly quick report. In the afternoon, important inflation data came from America: as expected, American inflation rose from 2.4% to 2.6% in October, while core inflation remained at 3.3%, but this did not cause major movements on the stock markets, the US indices after the election rally. Bitcoin, on the other hand, reached a historic high today, the price of the largest cryptocurrency was above 93,000 dollars.
