Black Idola progressive metal band based in Belgrade, releases the second song from their debut EP release „Woes Are Legion“together with the accompanying music video that mimics the musical search for the meaning of victory over others and oneself in the context of schism.
He stands behind the video in the first row Veljko Lalović as the creator of the idea who signs the direction, camera and color, while Danilo Pantović was in charge of editing. Nikola Mladenović in the role of second camera assistant, stylist Jana Milosevic, as well as Gavrilo Nenadović and Marija Radisavljević, who were in charge of lighting, also worked on the video.

Veljko is an exceptional artist who thinks, feels and improvises with the image in the way that virtuosos do in the world of music. When it comes to audio production, this time too the mix and master are the work of engineers from Fascination Street Studios who have collaborated with names like Leprous, Ihsahn and Opeth. Unlike the previous song, this time he was in charge of the mix Ricardo Borgeswhile it is Tony Lindgren radio master again.
“Working with Ricardo was flawless, he immediately understood the sound we wanted and everything went perfectly smoothly. We are excited about the fact that he is mixing the other songs from the EP as well, because people will be able to listen to the songs exactly as we imagined them,” – continues Uroš Savić Kain.
The song was recorded in the Strip studio in Belgrade by Dina Bakić, Mine Miljanic i Aleksandar Bojkovićguitarist and producer of the band.
Black Idol consists of guitarists Aleksandar Bojković and bassist Uroš Savić Kain Vasily Shabrovdrummer Timur Barsukov and singer Aleksa Matić.
The band plans to continue publishing singles from the EP in the coming period, as well as the first performances in the current line-up at the end of 2024, that is, at the beginning of 2025.
