FOOTBALLERS of Borca from Banja Luka continue their European adventure this Thursday by visiting Apoel in Cyprus. The match will be played in the second round of the Conference League from 18:45.
In the first round, Banja Luka drew 1:1 at home against Panathinaikos, while APOEL achieved the same result away from Shamrock Rovers.

Borc’s record in the away conference league does not inspire optimism, as they were defeated all three times away from Banja Luka, and on two of those occasions they did not score a goal. Mladen Žižović’s team will therefore try to rewrite history here, and it is in their favor that they are undefeated in their last four away games in all competitions, including 0:0 against Ferencvaros in the Europa League. If they managed to remain undefeated in the second strongest European club competition, there is no reason why they should not succeed in the third, the weakest.
