Industrial serial combiner Boreo appoint Jesse Petäjän as the company’s new CFO from the beginning of September.
Petäjä follows in the task I am Rumpusta, who has previously announced that he is leaving his position at Boreo to move on to new challenges outside the company. Rumpunen will continue to work for the company until October 2024.
Petäjä has led Boreo’s acquisitions since 2021, served as a member of the group’s management team since 2022, and from the end of 2023 was responsible for acquisitions and the Technical Trade business area together by Richard Karlsson with. Petäjä will continue to be responsible for the group’s acquisition activities and the Karlsson Tekninen kauppa business area.
