As of 1 July 2024, Jens Henrik Mæng (37) has joined as the new Nordic Director for Portfolio’s Technology at Bosch.
With several leading roles on his CV at Bosch over the past 12 years, Jens Henrik Mæng is now taking the next step up the ladder in the global technology company.
In the new role, Jens Henrik Mæng must ensure the future development of products and services through improved user experience, development of support tools and digital solutions for installers as well as training and development of installers to optimize installation time and quality.
In addition, he will also be responsible for the offer and design department, which will support and help with the more complex heat pump projects.
He will also lead the Nordic Public Affairs work, where he will collaborate with interest organizations and authorities to promote the use of heat pumps in both private and public solutions. His vision is to make heat pumps the Nordic region’s preferred heating solution.

You can probably safely say that Bosch means something very special to me, and I am excited and happy to get this opportunity,” says Jens Henrik Mæng and continues: “We are entering an exciting time in the development of heat pumps and related technology. I believe that the green transition and transparency towards consumers are key elements that will secure the future of heat pumps and contribute to a more sustainable development in Denmark and the rest of the Nordic region.”
Jens Henrik Mæng has been part of Bosch since 2012, when he started as a trainee. Since then, he has played a central role in several significant projects that have shaped Bosch’s development – both internationally, in the Nordics and in Denmark. He is educated at London Metropolitan University and ESCEM in France.
