Bouygues Construction wants to score points in the industry

In order to facilitate dialogue with its industrial customers, Bouygues Construction (3.2 billion euros in turnover, 7,000 employees) created a dedicated subsidiary at the start of 2024.

«We have reversed our usual positioning as a generalist company, adjusting our way of working to align with the needs of a production chain“, explains Jean-Vincent Faucheux, head of commercial coordination for the new entity, Bouygues Bâtiment Industrie.

With €530 million in industry-related orders in 2023, the group has expanded its pool of industry experts across the country, with 600 people, compared to 450 previously concentrated in Ile-de-France and Hauts-de-France. Data centers, logistics and agri-food are among its priorities.
