With a stab in the chest, which hit both the heart and lung, a now 16-year-old boy tried to kill a 33-year-old man last January, according to the prosecution.
On Wednesday, the court in Frederiksberg begins the processing of the criminal case against the boy, who, however, does not sit alone on the dock. So does his victim.
According to the prosecution, the stabbing, which took place in an apartment on Peter Bangs Vej in Frederiksberg, is not the only crime in the case.
A few months before, the 33-year-old man exposed the boy to several sexual assaults. It allegedly happened over a period from before the boy’s 15th birthday in the summer of 2023 until the autumn.
The 33-year-old man is accused of rape in this connection.
The relationship between the man and the boy does not appear from the case, but the various crimes which, according to the prosecution, took place at different addresses.
The rape allegedly took place at the boy’s then residence in Nørrebro in Copenhagen. As mentioned, the stabbing took place on Peter Bangs Vej, and in addition the case concerns an episode that began in a rise in Valby.
According to the case’s indictment, the latter episode happened in September 2023. Here, the 33-year-old is accused of beating the 16-year-old and forcing him into a car.
According to the prosecutor’s office, the adult man acted in concert with others, and for an unspecified period of time they drove around with the boy, who was hit with the handle of a knife and threatened with death before he was released, say the prosecutors.
The adult man is also charged with wanting to stab the boy. It was in connection with the episode where he himself ended up getting stabbed. According to the indictment, the man showed up with a knife to stab the boy, but was himself stabbed first.
The boy is also accused in the case of having forced a person on a trail system in Rødovre to hand over his moped, which the boy drove away with.
The case is processed over a total of eight days.
