The Martorell Municipal Board of People Care Services (PMSAPM) is calling for a selection process, through open competition, to fill a technical assistant position attached to the Department of Culture. The application submission period is open from November 13 to December 11, 2024, both inclusive.
People who wish to take part in the selection process must request it by means of a request addressed to the President of the PMSAPM, formulated in the standardized model that will be available to interested people at any of the public service offices of the PMSAPM, and the municipal websitewhere they can also find the regulatory bases of this process.
Submission of applications
The submission of applications may be made in the PMSAPM electronic register or in the electronic register of the public administrations related to article 2.1 of law 39/2015, of October 1, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations (LPACAP).
In person at the PMSAPM User Service Office (Plaça de La Vila, 27); at Post Offices, in the manner established by regulation; to the diplomatic representations or consular offices of Spain abroad; at the registration assistance offices.
Requirements to be met
Interested persons must meet a series of requirements established in the bases, such as having Spanish nationality or of any of the member countries of the European Union or of the states to which, by virtue of international treaties signed by the European Union and ratified for Spain, the free movement of workers is applicable.
They must also be 16 years old and not exceed, if applicable, the maximum mandatory retirement age for access to public service. And be in possession, at the time of the application, of a Bachelor’s degree, Technical Specialist (Higher Education Cycle, FPII) or equivalent qualification.
The selection tests will include an opposition phase, which will consist of a C1 level Catalan test, and a C1 level Spanish test for people who do not have Spanish nationality, an exercise of knowledge about the syllabus and a another consisting of a practical case. There will also be a merit competition phase, which applicants will have to justify and document.
