E-additives dangerous to human health have been named – they are present in almost all products presented on the shelves of Russian stores. The most harmful ones were discussed in the program on the TV channel about health and medicine “Doctor”.

Thus, the “black list” included E249-252 – nitrates and nitrites, which are contained in dried meat, bacon and ham. According to scientists, they cause colon, breast and prostate cancer.

Also very dangerous is the additive E110, which is found in jelly, candies, chips, cookies, soft drinks and instant noodles. The cause of gastrointestinal problems can also be E420, which is found in mint candies, candies and sugar-free milkshakes.

Also, serious harm is caused by E621 or sodium glutamate, a flavor enhancer. Regular consumption of products with this additive causes headaches, sweating, increased heart rate, and numbness of the face and neck, the media reports.
