In futsal, the first team of Sala 5 Martorell drew 0-0 on the complicated court of the second place, Unión África Ceutí, and scored again after two days. In a game where the defense prevailed and there were few chances, the Reds were able to add a good important point at home to climb up to eighth position in the Second Division table, with 8 points.
The Sala 5 coach, Adri Sánchez, says that “both teams tried to propose a high defense, where the opposing team did not progress easily and tried to prevent them from creating chances very close to the goal. It was a game with relatively few chances and in specific situations. We had certain chances that we didn’t take advantage of and in the end both teams gave the point away. In water polo, the men’s absolute of CN Martorell won 23-9 at CN Caldes and achieved the first victory of the season. The Martorellenses played a very complete game and added the first three points in the league championship. The players Óscar Sánchez and Álvaro Hurtado were the top scorers of the duel, with four goals each.

Thanks to this good result, the team coached by Josep Ibáñez has a total of 8 points and has climbed to fourth position in Group A of Primera Catalana.
