The coach of the team from Martorell, Andrés Joya, assures that they started the game badly, conceding a partial goal against an important one, but when they got ahead they looked like a different team: “Little by little we got into the game, defending stronger and we cut distances. When we got ahead, we started to widen the gaps by playing at our pace and trusting our game. It seems that the team is gaining confidence and winning without suffering”.

Haitam put us ahead with a shot from the front, but we were awarded a penalty and we went into the break with the feeling that we could go ahead on the scoreboard. In the second half, the team made a pass forward and, having control of the game and the ball, we scored a goal from a free kick and another in a quick action. It was a very controlled duel with a lot of possession”.

In a game where the defense prevailed and there were few chances, the Reds were able to add a good important point at home to climb up to eighth position in the Second Division table, with 8 points.

The Sala 5 coach, Adri Sánchez, says that “both teams tried to propose a high defense, where the opposing team did not progress easily and tried to prevent them from creating chances very close to the goal. It was a game with relatively few chances and in specific situations. We had certain chances that we didn’t take advantage of and in the end both teams gave the point away. We have to work on our aim between the three posts and be responsible with the goal”.
