Fair competition for Apple and Samsung: Amazfit presented the Active 2 smartwatch at CES 2025 – a lot of features at a very affordable price.
Chinese company Zepp Health Corporation (formerly known as Huami) took part in the ongoing CES 2025 trade fair where they presented a new line of smart watches Amazfit Active 2 – people react very enthusiastically. A big competitor for the Apple Watch or Samsung Galaxy Watch is slowly gaining momentum, presenting advanced features, high performance, long battery life and a significantly lower price than the manufacturers.
Amazfit Active 2 have a 1.32-inch AMOLED display with a brightness of up to 2,000 nits – here we come to the first innovation. The second generation of the Active model will get the function of automatic brightness adjustment according to our surroundings.
160 exercise modes
Amazfit watches are intended primarily for athletes, and the available offer looks accordingly. In the watch, we can find up to 160 different exercise modes, which automatically detect up to 25 types of exercises. They will also delight strength training enthusiasts, which will be accompanied by the HYROX Race Mode technology, which automatically monitors repetitions and smartly offers rest time. Amazfit Active 2 are affordable and according to official information they start at $100a premium version that includes a leather and silicone strap and a sapphire glass display. The great news is that they are compatible with both iOS and Android.
