CES 2025: Samsung showed off new monitors, everyone will choose

These are the new Samsung monitors, presented at the CES 2025. A monitor with AI was shown, a monitor that takes you to a 3D cinema, or new gaming or really large monitors.

Samsung presented several new monitors at CES 2025. These are not just monitors for gamers, but also for workers. Everyone really has to choose. The main innovations include the Smart M9 model with artificial intelligence, the Odyssey OLED G6 and G8 gaming monitors and the giant ViewFinity S8.

Smart M9

The Smart M9 monitor boasts a 32″ OLED panel with 4K resolution and AI functions that optimize the image based on the content. In addition, the 4K AI Upscaling Pro technology can automatically improve content with a lower resolution to a much higher resolution. The monitor also offers a built-in, high-quality webcam with 4K resolution.

Odyssey 3D

From the gaming monitor segment, Samsung showed several novelties from the Odyssey series. The Odyssey 3D monitor, introduced last year, finally hit the market this year. It offers a 27″ 4K display and a frequency of 165 Hz. Thanks to the monitor, however, the user gets the feeling as if he were sitting in a cinema watching a 3D movie, but without special glasses. All this thanks to the technology of lenticular display and eye movement tracking.

Odyssey G6 a G8

A pair of OLED G8 and G6 monitors was also shown. As the world’s first 4K monitor with a 27″ diagonal, the G8 offers HDR10+ with a refresh rate of 240 Hz. The G6 is fast as lightning. It is the first ever OLED monitor with a QHD resolution and a frequency of 500 Hz. Both monitors support AMD FreeSync and NVIDIA technologies G-Sync and offer a minimum response time of 0.03 ms.

ViewFinity S8

For professionals, there is the 37″ ViewFinity S8, Samsung’s largest monitor with an aspect ratio of 16:9 and 4K resolution. It offers a 99% sRGB color gamut, a discreet design and Intelligent Eye Care technology that minimizes eye fatigue. In addition, it enables work on multiple devices thanks to built-in KVM switch.
