Chungkang University of Cultural Industries announced on the 18th that it successfully conducted the ‘Jungfra Program’, a digital-based creative convergence program, from May 17 to October 11.

This program, in which 165 middle and high school students from Gyeonggi-do participated, was held for a total of 6 sessions, and various digital creative activities were carried out focusing on K-POP idol metaverse styling, baking and media convergence, webtoons, and digital drawing.

The ‘Jungfra Program’ introduced by Chungkang University of Culture and Industry is a creative education program based on digital technology that focuses on nurturing future talent. Middle and high school students who participated in this program were able to gain experience combining creativity and digital technology in various fields over a total of six sessions.

In particular, the K-POP Idol Metaverse Styling Program provided an opportunity to improve creative skills in the metaverse environment by directly styling idol characters in virtual reality. ‘Sweet Art – The Meeting of Baking and Media’ is a new creative approach that combines baking and digital media production, and students enjoyed the special experience of creating media content through baking. In addition, the webtoon and digital drawing program is designed to help students strengthen their digital creative capabilities by learning webtoon production and digital drawing techniques.
