In an effort to improve the quality of services, the Public Utility Company “Cistoća i Zelenilo” Zrenjanin launched a survey that gives citizens the opportunity to express their opinion on various aspects of the city’s utility services.
From November 12 until December 12, residents of Zrenjanin will have the opportunity to participate in an online survey that focuses on key communal services: waste management, depositing, maintenance of public and green areas, as well as animal hygiene services, according to the city’s website.
The survey is aimed at collecting feedback that should serve for further planning and improvement with the help of suggestions.
To participate in the survey, citizens can contact the company through their official website or through their Facebook page, where there is a link to the survey. Also, for additional questions or technical support, you can contact the company by phone or e-mail.
