CMB approved the capital increase of 3 companies

The Board approved the debt instrument issuance application of Global Yatırım Holding AŞ for 2 billion lira, Dünya Varlık Yönetim AŞ for 4 billion 900 million lira, Marka Mağazacılık AŞ for 1 billion 900 million lira, Erciyas Çelik Boru Sanayi AŞ for 1 billion lira, Tekfen Holding AŞ for 500 million lira, Destek Yatırım Bankası AŞ for 43 million dollars and Rönesans Holding AŞ for 500 million dollars.

In addition, it was decided to welcome the management contract-based lease certificate of ZKB Varlık Kiralama AŞ worth 2 billion 500 million lira and the asset-based securities issuance of Pasha Yatırım Bankası AŞ Tarfin Asset Financing Fund worth 1 billion lira.

Criminal complaints and administrative fines

As a result of the investigation conducted on Güney Independent Auditing and Certified Public Accountants Inc., the Board imposed a monetary fine on the company and decided to file a criminal complaint against three individuals for “engaging in unauthorized capital market activities” and “participating in the crime of unauthorized capital market activities by providing bank accounts.”

On the other hand, the CMB decided to take the necessary legal action to block access to 63 websites that were determined to allow leveraged transactions abroad via the internet for people resident in Turkey.
