13 Police Inspectors (OC) of Chittagong Metropolitan Police (CMP) along with 41 OCs of Khulna and Barisal Metropolitan Police have been simultaneously transferred to different units.
The transfer was made in an order signed by Additional IG (Finance) Abu Hasan Mohammad Tarek (BPM) and Additional IG Administration on additional duty from Bangladesh Police Headquarters Dhaka on Monday (September 9) afternoon.
CMP Khulshi Police Station OC Kabirul Islam to PBI, Chandangao Police Station OC Jahedul Kabir to Tourist Police, Kotwali Police Station OC SM Obaidul Haque to Naval Police, Chawkbazar Police Station OC Wali Uddin Akbar to Naval Police, Sadarghat Police Station OC Ferdous Jahan to CID, Doublemooring Model Police Station OC Fazul Quader Patwari to CID. , Halishahar Police Station OC Qaiser Hamid to Naval Police, Pahartali Police Station OC Mohammad Kefayet Ullah to Tourist Police, Akbar Shah Police Station OC Golam Rabbani to Naval Police, Karnaphuli Police Station OC Md. A total of 41 people were transferred, including Zahir Hossain to PBI, Bandar Police Station OC Manjurul Quader Majumdar to CID, EPZ Police Station OC Mohammad Hoshain to CID and Panchlaish Police Station OC Santosh Kumar Chakma to CID.
It has three police stations of CMP, Bayezid, Baklia and Patenga. The police headquarters said that this transfer was done in public interest.
