Shares in Inapa, which announced on Monday that it had filed for insolvency, may be traded on Tuesday, the company’s board of directors determined. Securities Market Commission (CMVM).
In a statement, the administration of the regulator led by Luís Laginha informs that “the lifting of the suspension of trading in Inapa-Inv.Part.Gestão shares following the provision of relevant information to the market regarding the filing of an insolvency application”.
Inapa announced on July 21 that its German subsidiary would file for insolvency the following day and that, consequently, Inapa itself would do so “in the coming days”.
The insolvency request was officially made today, as indicated by the company in a statement sent to the regulator.
Inapa shares, which have not been traded since July 19, are worth 0.294 euros.
