CNAIR appointed the builder of the bridge complex over the Prut from Ungheni
The National Road Infrastructure Administration Company appointed on Monday the builder of the bridge complex over the Prut from Ungheni.

According to Cristian Pistol, director of CNAIR, Ness Proiect Europe SRL has at its disposal 151.68 million lei (without VAT) and 24 months (6 months of design and 18 months of execution) for the construction of the bridges, the road connecting with the A8 Motorway ( TârguMureş – Iasi – Ungheni) and the border crossing point.
The contract is financed from Non-Reimbursable European Funds.
“A new road connection will be ensured between Romania (Iași county) and the Republic of Moldova (Ungheni district),” Cristian Pistol wrote on Facebook.
According to him, the bridges, one for each direction of traffic, will have a minimum length of 261.20 m each.
The contract can be signed after the expiration of the period for submitting any appeals, respectively after their resolution.
