Anonymous people like Javier, Seraya, Carlos, Ignacio, Ofelia and Rubén. All of them left their homes to try to recover those of the victims. They have spent vacation days, sacrificed weekends, contributed heavy material and everything, for people they didn’t even know. In ‘Code 10’ it is time to talk to the volunteers, not only to thank them but also to listen to them because they are the first to complain about the treatment and difficulties by the authorities in accessing the affected areas that they have suffered.
