BANJALUKA – “Autoputevi RS” awarded the little-known company “Trigraf” from Banja Luka the job of media representation of what is the sole job of this public company, more precisely the promotion of the started and built sections of the highway worth more than a million KM.
It is a tender that was announced by this public company in September, and in which this particular company was chosen.
“Trigraf’s” offer, which was also the only one submitted, amounted to 899,500 KM without VAT (1,052,415 KM with related taxes), which is 500 KM lower than the amount stipulated in the tender (900,000 KM without VAT). .
According to official records, the company “Trigraf” was founded in the middle of 2023 and had two employees at the end of that year.
The company “SSDN” from Modriča and Mirjana Tepšić are listed as its founders with 50 percent ownership each.
Mrijana Tepšić, by the way, is the spokesperson and marketing manager of “Invictus Technology group”, created after the sanctioning of “Prointer” and “Infinity group”.

It is interesting that the tender required the bidder to have many more workers than this company had at the end of last year.
Namely, in the tender it is indicated that the bidder “must have a professional team engaged that will fulfill the conditions of the tender”.
More precisely, it was requested that the bidders have one expert each in strategic market communication and digital marketing with at least five years of work experience. Also, it was requested that they have five workers in the production team, i.e. producer, director, editor, videographer and drone operator.
“Autoputevi RS” spends a million KM on the promotion of built sections
In addition, the condition was that they should have a graphic designer, an expert in the coordination and organization of gatherings, and an expert in the field of digital communications.
When asked on what basis the tender was awarded to this company, considering that in 2023 they had much fewer workers than required by the tender, “Autoputevi” told us that “the selected bidder, as part of its offer, submitted all the documentation that was specified in this tender”.
“More precisely, the selected bidder has proven that during the implementation of the contract, he will have all the members of the professional team at his disposal, as stated in the tender procedure”, they specified for CAPITAL in this company.
By the way, this is not the only high-value contract that this company received from Autoputeva RS.
Last year, just a few months after its establishment, as part of a consortium with a company from Vienna, “Trigraf” got the job of purchasing tags for electronic toll collection worth 979,400 KM without VAT or (1,145,898 KM with related taxes).
According to official records, in 2023, in just half a year of existence, “Trigraf” was operating with a profit of 2.4 million KM, to an income of 3.8 million KM.
By the way, the company is located in the same building as “Prointer”, and has neither a website nor a contact phone number.
