(Health Korea News / Lee Si-woo) Hwanin Pharmaceutical (CEO Lee Won-beom) announced on the 26th that it had completed the Anseong Plant logistics automation warehouse located in Shinsohyeon-dong, Anseong-si, Gyeonggi-do on the 25th and held a completion ceremony.
The automated warehouse, which was completed in just 1 year and 7 months since its construction began in February 2023, is equipped with automated facilities that enable automation of stocking and retrieval operations and real-time inventory management. The main facilities include the DPS (Digital Picking System) automated picking facility system and unmanned forklifts that enable 24-hour monitoring and retrieval. It was built for efficient inventory management and increased logistics processing volume, and is comprised of 4 floors above ground with a building area of 3,738㎡ and a total floor area of 8,782㎡.
The completion ceremony on this day was attended by Hwanin Pharmaceutical Chairman Lee Gwang-sik, President Lee Won-beom, Management Headquarters Director Lee Dong-soo, Anseong Plant Manager Jeong Yeong-guk, and other related officials, and the ceremony began with a completion report and ribbon cutting.
Hwanin Pharmaceutical CEO Won-Beom Lee said, “With the completion of the Anseong plant’s automated warehouse, we have secured additional logistics systems and facilities,” and added, “Based on our cutting-edge facilities and outstanding production capabilities, we will work even harder to produce safe and high-quality products and contribute to a healthy and happy life.”
